The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Nathan Sartain Ready Steady Cut Syringed with a more blatant, maximalist sense of humor than the 2014 original, it’s a swift, often endearing watch, one which vitally keeps audiences engaged over the meaty near 130-minute runtime. A Geek Community A swashbuckling good time that overcomes its flaws thanks to its charm. Rated: 6/10 Mar 15, 2022 Full Review The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Andrea Beach Common Sense Media The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure has plenty of slapstick comedy and smart-aleck dialog that add a breezy feel to the epic, fast-paced story with big special effects, well-choreographed fights, exciting battles, and a charismatic cast. Rated: 4/5 Mar 10, 2022 Full Review The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Johnny Loftus Decider Sword Fights on the decks of ships? Treasure maps? Mysterious islands shrouded by fearsome storms? The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure has it all, and a charismatic cast to boot. Gareth M very funny, lee kwang soo delivers as usual. Though it is supposed to be a sequel to the 2014 movie The Pirates, you can still enjoy without watching it, but, that film is fun to watch too, therefore consider it as a recommendation, if you have not seen it yet.Coming back to the movie, as you can expect it's a fun filled adventure comedy, with a pinch of romance in it. Some films helps you to escape from the harsh realities of life, some people use films as a hiding place, I am one of them. This film can give you 2 hours hide from life, just like a journey.Suggested for those Korean film lovers out there. Rated 3.5/5 Stars • Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/07/23 Full Review Rheylyn Danlyn P The plot of the movie is really great and unique. The main characters, Han Hyo Joo and Kang Ha Neul, have very good acting skills, and they have really great chemistry with each other. The graphics of the movie are really incredible, so it is really a must-watch movie. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/09/23 Full Review derek l Whilst The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure does have decent performances from Han Hyo Joo and Kang Ha Neul, the film does have several issues in terms of its uneven pacing, chaotic editing, characters that could had more screentime, its script could had done with a bit more polish to build upon and the humour doesn't always quite land. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Dara O An incredibly funny movie Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Read all reviews
